Invitation for Industry
International School on Nonsinusoidal Currents and Compensation 2010 (ISNCC 2010) is a continuation, in reorganized form, of the former School on Nonsinusoidal Currents. This conference was arranged for the first time in 2008 by University of Zielona Góra (Poland).
Systems with nonsinusoidal voltages and currents (NSV&C) shall be the focus area of the conference and in particular, power properties of such systems, compensation, identification, modeling, instrumentation, power electronics, supply and loading qualities, as well as energy accounts in systems with NSV&C. Participants are encouraged to investigate and discuss these issues from the perspective of the development of smart grids. Power Electronics implementations in systems with NSV&C shall also be included.
One of the intentions of the conference organizers is to promote industry participation in the research process. Therefore, we would like to invite primarily those companies which conduct or would like to conduct applied research in cooperation with universities as well as the leading manufactures of power electronics and measurement systems, especially those whose products deal with nonsinusoidal voltage and current. Companies specializing in other fields of power electronics and measurement applications, suppliers, distributors and consumers of electrical energy are also welcome.
The most attractive conference events for industrial partners will be tutorials on smart grids and power theory, presented by world famous lecturers in this field, as well as applied research papers presented during lecture sessions.
Industry partners can participate in the following conference activities:
Passive participation is also welcome. In this case please register choosing the “Participant” option.
The brochure “Sponsorship and Exhibition Opportunities” can be downloaded in English or in Polish.
